Vivee Barengo is a London based creative with interdisciplinary experience, ranging from fashion styling to graphic design, from journalism to fine arts and design.
Vivee majored first class honours from the Fashion Styling BA at Istituto Marangoni in Milan and London, while completing an intensive course in Fashion Design in Paris as well as one in History of Art in Florence.
As a freelance stylist, she has been published in different magazines both in the UK and in Italy, thus collaborating with photographers and model agencies in Milan and London.
During this time, Vivee has also been practicing her skills in image retouching and graphic design. She worked as a fashion journalist, editor and critic, while assisting renowned editors and art directors on a regular basis. She has also developed proficient drawing abilities that, combined with the digital ones, allow her to create professional art and fashion illustrations.
As a postgraduate student, Vivee decided to explore new creative directions and she enrolled at the Royal College of Art (London) in the Art, Design and Communication programme. Here, she expanded her practice as an interdisciplinary artist, communicating about social issues and sensitive topics through multi-sensory installations and performances.
After completing the Graduate Diploma with distinctive marks, she decided to continue her design studies in the IED master of Experimental Design (RCA), where she is currently developing a practice around experience design and interactive installations.
